Among the discussed topics were e-commerce, geoblocking and IP regulation, search, tax rules, personal data and new business models and field. Workshop was supported by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and SPIR - the Czech association of Internet Development.

Fifteen years after breaking decision in Microsoft case is competition regulation is Online Competition Regulation getting tougher both in the USA and in the EU. The regulation is no longer directed towards large companies, but small ones as well. The regulation might have impact on sectors where none expects it. The national office for the protection of regulation seems recently non active, but it may change very quickly. The main burden of regulation comes from the European Commission, which makes the discussion about the regulation more complicated for local players.
